One of the top scorers in Regina program history senior Grace Gaarde saved her best season for her final year in a Regal uniform.

Now Gaarde is beginning to reap the rewards for a stellar senior season.

The top goal scorer in Class 1A this season Gaarde headlined a group of five Regina players named to the River Valley Conference all-conference team when the league released its postseason awards.

Gaarde ranks second in the state and tops in 1A this season with 43 goals and earned first-team all-RVC honors after helping the Regals to a 13-5 record including a 7-2 conference mark.

Junior Gabby Sueppel joined Gaarde on the RVC first team while junior Morgan Gahan and senior keeper Courtney Kessler were both second team selections.

Sueppel has a goal and ranks second on the team with four assists this season while Gahan ranks third on the team with five goals to go with two assists.

Senior Saffron McNamara earned honorable mention honors for Regina.

Kessler has made 89 saves in goal while allowing 27 goals on the season.

West Branch senior Isabel Pedersen was named to the RVC second team after scoring one goal and adding an assist.

West Branch senior keeper Iva Senio earned honorable mention honors.
