Class 1A No. 11 Regina bounced back from a road loss at Anamosa last Friday with a 10-0 win over Monticello on Monday in a River Valley Conference match in Iowa City.

Regina got goals from six different players on Monday while improving to 3-2 on the season and 3-1 against RVC foes.

Senior Grace Gaarde had four goals to lead Regina while Natalie Gahan added two goals and Morgan Gahan had a goal an assist.

Alaina Timmerman, Caitlyn Bell and Taylor Bartee each added a goal for Regina while Gabby Sueppel and Melia Pursley each had an assist for the Regals.

Courtney Kessler recorded the shutout in goal.

Monticello dropped to 0-4 on the season.
