West High finished fifth at the eight-team Hawkins Relays on Tuesday at Cedar Rapids Prairie High School.

Host Cedar Rapids Prairie won the team title with 169 points followed by Linn-Mar with 141, North Scott with 88, Cedar Rapids Xavier with 83 and West High with 81.

Aidan Jacobsen was runner-up in the 200 in a time of 22.83 while Brice Wahe was second in the 800 in 2:09.54.

Carson Teghanemt finished third in the high jump for West High clearing 5-9.

West High finished runner-up in the shuttle hurdle relay and was third in the 4×800, the distance medley and 4×400 relays.
