Girls Basketball Roundup: Strong Second Half Lifts 4A No. 7 Clear Creek Amana Past Williamsburg

Clear Creek Amana opened the season with a 59-26 win over Williamsburg all the way back on November 26.
The Clippers completed the season sweep of their WAMAC West Division rivals in their second to last regular season contest on Tuesday.
Class 4A No. 7 Clear Creek Amana outscored Williamsburg 38-22 in the second half on its way to a 53-41 win over the Raiders in Williamsburg.
Ava Locklear scored 17 of her game-high 21 points in the second half as Clear Creek Amana improved to 15-4 on the season with its third straight win.
Williamsburg dropped to 5-16 with the loss.
Bliss Beck had 16 points for Clear Creek Amana and Averie Lower added nine for the Clippers.
Carly Rich had 18 points to lead Williamsburg and Makenna Hughes added 10 for the Raiders.
