Class 2A second-ranked Solon wrapped up the regular season with a 61-27 win over Independence in a WAMAC East Division contest in Independence.

Solon improved to 19-2 on the season with its fifth consecutive win and finished a perfect 8-0 against WAMAC East Division foes.

Hailey Miller had a game-high 20 points to lead Solon while Callie Levin added 11 for the Spartans.

Anna Quillin had eight points, Claire LaDage had seven, Kobi Lietz had six and Hilary Wilson had five points for Solon.

Annie Johnson had nine points and Madyson Ristvedt had six for Independence which dropped to 6-15 with the loss.
