Eduardo Zepeda and Vincenzo Lima each won individual titles as Liberty High placed third at the Denny Chistiansen Invitational on Saturday in Anamosa.

Zepeda won the 182 pounds title and Lima won gold at 195 as Liberty High finished with 117 points.

Host Anamosa won the team title with 180 points while Cedar Rapids Washington was runner-up with 165 points.

Zepeda went 4-0 with four pins on his way to the 182-pound title while Lima was 5-0 with five first-period pins en route to the 195-pound championship.

Tien Phan finished third at 132 pounds and Anyhlan Peoples was fourth 138 pounds for Liberty High.

Austin Franklin was fifth at 145, Christos Panos was fifth at 113 and Ethan Barber was fifth at 160 for the Lightning while Damien Garret was sixth at 152 pounds.
