Class 5A No. 10 West High fell to No. 13 Linn-Mar in a Mississippi Valley Conference contest on Friday in Marion.

West High dropped to 11-4 with the loss while Linn-Mar improved to 10-5 on the season.

Meena Tate had 12 points and two steals for West High while Anna Prouty added 10 points and nine rebounds for the Trojans.

Lucy Wolf had 10 points and two assists and Grace Fincham added seven points, six rebounds and two steals.

Zoe Kennedy had a double-double with 23 points and 14 rebounds to lead Linn-Mar and Taylor Brunson had 14 points, four rebounds and four assists for the Lions.
