Class 2A sixth-ranked Regina got back on track with a 74-34 win over Wilton on Tuesday in a River Valley Conference South Division contest in Iowa City.

Regina improved to 13-2 on the season and 7-0 in RVC South Division play while Wilton dropped to 5-8 on the season and 2-5 in conference games.

Morgan Miller led four Regina players in double figures with 20 points while Grace Gaarde had 17 for the Regals.

Alli Clark had 13 points and Dani Laughlin had 11 points for Regina.
