The third set of boys basketball rankings released by the Iowa High School Athletic Union featured a pair of new top-ranked teams.

Cedar Rapids Kennedy (10-0) took over the top spot in Class 4A while Bondurant-Farrar (11-0) is the new top-ranked team in Class 3A.

Kennedy replaced previously top-ranked Waukee Northwest atop the 4A rankings while Bondurant-Farrar took over for Cedar Rapids Xavier in the top spot in Class 3A.

Central Lyon remained atop the Class 2A rankings while Grand View Christian held its spot as the number one team in Class 1A.

For the second consecutive week there are no Your Prep Sports area teams in the boys basketball rankings.
