Solon extended its winning streak to three with a 72-47 win over West Delaware on Friday in a WAMAC East Division contest in Manchester.

The Spartans improved to 7-3 on the season with the win while West Delaware dropped to 8-5.

Vince Steinbrech led Solon with 19 points and five rebounds as the Spartans shot 58 percent from the field.

Jake Benzing had 14 points, six rebounds and four steals for Solon and Rylen Stiegelmeyer had 14 points and two assists.

Oaken Foster had seven points, five rebounds and two assists and Sean Stahle had seven points and seven assists.
