City High fell to Class 5A third-ranked Waterloo West 62-27 on Friday in a Mississippi Valley Conference Valley Division contest in Waterloo.

Waterloo West improved to 9-1 with the win while City High dropped to 2-6 on the season with its fourth consecutive loss.

Freshman Tessa Driscoll led City High with 13 points while Augie Palmer added nine points for the Little Hawks.

Sierra Moore led three Waterloo West players in double figures with a game-high 21 points.

Halli Poock and Sahara Williams each had 13 points for Waterloo West.
