Regina outscored Lisbon 17-6 in the fourth quarter on its way to a 65-56 win over the Lions on Thursday in a non-conference contest in Iowa City.
Michael Martin led four Regina players in double figures with 18 points as the Regals improved to 6-4 on the season.
Lisbon got 19 points from both Luke Czarnecki and Michael Gadberry and dropped to 5-5 on the season with the loss.
John Devery had a double-double with 11 points and 12 rebounds and added three assists for Regina while Drew Streb had 16 points, nine rebound and three assists.
Eddie Petersen had 13 points, four rebounds and four assists for the Regals and Coleton Daniel had five points, five rebounds and three assists.
