Lawsin Sinnwell won an individual title and Solon had a pair of runner-up finishes on its way to winning the team title at the North Cedar Invitational on Saturday in Clarence.

Solon racked up 173 points on its way to the team title to outdistance Belle Plaine which was runner-up with 155.5 points. North Linn was third with 108.

Sinnwell went 3-0 on his way to the 132-pound title, pinning Durant sophomore Wyatt Cole in 27 seconds in the title match.

Jayden Steapp was runner-up at 106 pounds for Solon while Evan Burg was second at 113.

David Karam was third at 152 pounds, Kyler Jessup was third at 120 pounds, Kyler Jensen was third at 182 and Joe Ebert was third at 285.

Carson Kidwell (138), Teague Williams (145) and Braydon Hoffman (220) all added fourth-place finishes for the Spartans.
