Alexander Pierce, Campbell Janis, Lucas House and Justin Avila all recorded wins for West High.

Fourth-ranked Pierce posted a first-period pin at 106 pounds while Janis recorded a pin at 120 pounds.

House won by forfeit at 126 pounds and third-ranked Avila won by fall at 160 pounds.
