Regina and City High each held their spots in the top five in the most recent boys cross country rankings released on Tuesday by the Iowa Association of Track Coaches.

City High remained third in the Class 4A rankings behind top-ranked West Des Moines Dowling and second-ranked Norwalk.

Regina held its spot at second in the Class 1A rankings behind top-ranked ACGC.

Solon moved up three spots to No. 12 in the Class 3A rankings while Clear Creek Amana is No. 16 in Class 3A.

West High is No. 18 in the Class 4A rankings.

Other top-ranked teams this week are Pella in Class 3A and Tipton in Class 2A.
