Mya Whitaker placed 11^th to lead Regina to an eighth-place team finish on Thursday at the Cascade Invitational at Fillmore Fairways Golf Course in Cascade.

Whitaker finished in a time of 21:58.9 to pace the Regals while teammate Ruby Eastman was 25^th in 22:48.1.

Regina finished with 175 team points.

Monticello won the team title with 51 points followed by Tipton with 69 and Dyersville Beckman with 107.

Ruby Greving finished 52^nd in a time of 25:07.8 and Cate Klitgaard was 54^th in 25:09.3 for Regina.
