For the third consecutive week Solon remain atop the Iowa Association of Track Coaches Class 3A girls cross country rankings.

The Spartans held the top spot in Class 3A in the most recent IATC rankings that were released on Tuesday morning and were followed in the 3A top five by Mount Vernon-Lisbon, Ballard, ADM and Pella.

Clear Creek Amana is No. 11 in the Class 3A rankings.

City High moved up to No. 11 in the Class 4A rankings that are topped by Dubuque Hempstead while Regina dropped to No. 19 in the Class 1A rankings.

Other top-ranked teams this week include Denver in Class 2A and Logan-Magnolia in Class 1A.
