West Branch claimed its third consecutive River Valley Conference golf title on Tuesday and this one came in dominating fashion.

The Bears had the top three individual finishers had four golfers finish in the top seven and cruised to the team title by 27 strokes on a damp and overcast afternoon at the Muscatine Municipal Golf Course.

Led by individual medalist Dylan Countryman the Bears fired a 310 as a team to easily outdistance the rest of the RVC field.

Tipton was runner-up with a 337 followed by Monticello with a 360 and West Liberty and Cascade with a 366.

Regina got a top-11 finishes from Mikey Takacs and Andrew Triplett and finished seventh as a team with a 370.

Countryman shot a three-over-par 75 to earn medalist honors finishing one stroke in front of teammate Brady Knoop.

Both Knoop and Countryman shot a 40 on the front nine with Countryman edging his teammate by a single stroke with a 35 on the back nine.

Will Bridges was one stroke off the pace with a 77 to finish third.

With their top-three finishes Countryman, Knoop and Bridges each earned RVC Elite all-conference honors.

Logan Highly fired an 82 to place seventh for the Bears earning all-conference recognition.

Takacs shot a 38 on the front nine and a 40 on the back to place sixth with a 78 for Regina while Triplett carded a 85 on his way to an 11^th place finish.
