Solon won seven events and had four runner-up finishes while cruising to the team title at the Marion Co-Ed Invitational on Monday in Marion.

The Spartans finished with 172.5 points to outdistance host Marion while Center Point-Urbana was third with 84 points.

Gracie Federspiel, Grace Hoeper and Kayla Young all won individual titles for Solon and the Spartans won four relays on their way to the team title.

Federspiel won the 400 in 59.75, Hoeper won the 800 in 2:34.84 and Young won the 1,500 in a time of 5:14.18.

The Solon foursome of Mia Stahle, Calla Foster, Aly Stahle and Jada Buffington won the shuttle hurdle relay in 1:08.96 and the sprint medley relay team of Mia Duckett, Emma Wolff, Olivia Bonnema and Addie Miller won in 1:58.45.

Ava Stebral, Aly Stahle, Duckett and Wolff won the 4×100 in 51.32 while Anna Quillin, Federspiel, Hoeper and Ashlyn Williams won the 4×800 in 10:06.33.

Abigail Felton was runner-up in the discus, Aisley Foster was runner-up in the long jump and Mia Stahle was runner-up in the 100 and the 400 hurdles for Solon.
