Solon finished runner-up at the West Delaware Invite on a chilly afternoon on Monday at Pin Oak Golf Course in Manchester.

Host West Delaware shot a 191 to win the team title while Solon was second with a 210 and Vinton-Shellsburg was third with a 222.

Maylin Coates and Kennedy Klosterman from West Delaware each shot a 47 to earn medalist honors while Taylor Dee of Solon was fourth with a 49.

Camryn Keith shot a 50 and Lilly Houtakker fired a 51 for the Spartans.
