Liberty High shot a 203 to finish runner-up to Cedar Rapids Prairie at its own Mississippi Valley Conference quadrangular on Monday at Brown Deer Golf Course in Coralville.

Cedar Rapids Prairie won the team title with a 195 while Liberty High was eight strokes back.

West High was third with a 206 and City High was fourth with a 214.

Liberty High’s Bella Pettersen fired a one-over-par 37 to earn medalist honors finishing one shot in front of Cedar Rapids Prairie’s Addie Berg.

Alison Colony shot a 51 for the Lightning while Margaux Maurus added a 56 for Liberty.

West High was led by Lucy Schmid who shot a 47 and Leigha Pacha with a 50 while teammate Tyesha Thompson shot 54.

Annika Rutt fired a 44 to lead City High while Haleigh Nelson shot a 53 and Tully Campion a 55 for the Little Hawks.
