Mid-Prairie shot a 225 to defeat Regina in a River Valley Conference South Division dual on a chilly afternoon at the Kalona Country Club on Monday.

Gabi Robertson shot a 54 to earn medalist honors while Alexa Huber shot a 55 for the Golden Hawks in the season-opening competition for both teams.

Josie Voss fired a 60 to pace Regina which finished with a 262.

Leah Zimmerman shot a 66 for the Regals and Alli Dillon added a 67 and Josie Pursley shot 69.
