Clear Creek Amana, Solon Each Put Five on WAMAC All-Division Teams

Earlier this month Clear Creek Amana snagged a share of a WAMAC Conference title for the third consecutive season finishing in a three-way tie atop the West Division.
On Wednesday five Clippers were honored for helping Clear Creek Amana to its team title.
Clear Creek Amana had five players earn WAMAC all-West Division honors on Wednesday when the conference released its postseason honors.
Sophomores Bliss Beck and Ava Locklear were each named to the West Division first team while junior Olivia Miller was a second-team selection.
Locklear led Clear Creek Amana with 14.1 points, 8 rebounds and 1.5 blocked shots per game while shooting 52 percent from the floor.
Beck wasn’t far behind, averaging 9.5 points, 6.8 rebounds and .8 blocks per contest.
Miller averaged 5.8 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game for the Clippers.
Senior Kalin Rotzoll and sophomore Reese Stockman each earned honorable mention all-West Division honors for Clear Creek Amana.
Solon also had five players earn all-division honors led by sophomore Callie Levin who was named East Division player of the year for the second consecutive season.
A unanimous East Division first-team pick Levin led Solon in points (21), assists (4.2) and steals (4.3) and also averaged 3.7 rebounds per game.
Seniors Makinley Levin and Kaia Holtkamp were each named to the East Division second team.
Makinley Levin averaged 8.6 points and 3.4 rebounds per game while Holtkamp ranked second on the team with 8.7 points per game to go with 3.7 rebounds per contest.
Seniors Ava Stebral and Elly Holubar were each honorable mention selections for the Spartans.
