Class 5A fifth-ranked West High pushed its winning streak to five with a come-from-behind 47-41 win over Cedar Rapids Xavier on Friday in a Mississippi Valley Conference contest in Cedar Rapids.

West High outscored the Saints 13-6 in the fourth quarter while improving to 12-2 on the season while Class 4A seventh-ranked Xavier dropped to 11-6.

Anna Prouty had a game-high 16 points to lead West High while Meena Tate added 14 for the Trojans.

Avery Vest had six and Keiko Ono-Fullard had five points for West High.

Libby Fandel had 12 points and Lexi Beier had nine for the Saints.
