Regina held its spot atop the River Valley Conference South Division standings with a 72-53 win over Wilton in a South Division matchup in Iowa City on Tuesday.

Four Regals scored in double figures led by Morgan Miller and Lily Simpson with 18 points apiece as Regina improved to 11-3 on the season and 11-1 in RVC play.

Wilton dropped to 8-5 on the season and 6-5 in conference play.

Ali Clark added 16 points and Grace Gaarde had 13 for the Regals.
