Solon continued its hot streak on Friday pushing its winning streak to four with a 54-43 win over Dyersville Beckman in a WAMAC East Division contest in Solon.

The Spartans improved to 6-4 on the season and 5-3 in WAMAC play with the win while Dyersville Beckman had a four-game win streak snapped with the loss and dropped to 7-2 on the season and 6-2 in conference play.

Trailing 23-19 at the half Solon held the Blazers to just two third-quarter points while seizing control.

Solon outscored Dyersville Beckman 35-20 in the second half.

Kinnick Pusteoska led Solon with 13 points while Jake Benzing added 10 for the Spartans and Brady Mullen had nine.

Sean Stahle added seven and Oaken Foster six points for Solon.

Padraig Gallagher had a game-high 19 points for Dyersville Beckman and Logan Goedken had 11 for the Blazers.
