Regina started a little slow on Tuesday but the Regals finished with a flurry on its way to a big road win over a top-10 opponent.

Class 2A No. 14 Regina rallied from a 11-2 first-quarter deficit to down Class 2A No. 10 Cascade in a River Valley Conference cross-divisional showdown in Cascade.

Regina outscored the Cougars 14-6 in the third quarter to erase a 15-10 halftime deficit and held on to improve to 8-2 on the season and 8-0 in RVC play.

Cascade dropped to 8-2 on the year and 7-2 in RVC contests.

Grace Gaarde had 11 points while Lily Simpson added nine for the Regals.

Hope Simpson had six and Morgan Miller five points for Regina.
