West High defeated Cedar Falls 118-52 in a Mississippi Valley Conference dual meet on Tuesday at the Coralville Recreation Center.

The Trojans won nine events and finished in the top two spots in all three relays while remaining unbeaten in MVC dual meets.

Holden Carter, Boyd Skelley, Kirk Brotherton, Sam Ruelas and Max Gerke all won individual events for West High.

Brotherton won the 100 breaststroke in 1:02.57 and added a win in the 100 butterfly in 52.89 to pace West High.

Carter won the 200 freestyle in 1:48.31, Skelley won the 50 freestyle in 22.39 and Ruelas won the 100 freestyle in 53.15.

Gerke won the 500 freestyle in a time of 4:47.58.
