West Branch continued its unbeaten streak to start the season with a 44-31 win over Wilton on Tuesday in a River Valley Conference South Division contest in Wilton.

Freshman August Palmer had a double-double with 13 points and 14 rebounds as West Branch improved to 6-0 on the season and in RVC play.

Wilton had a three-game winning streak snapped with the loss and dropped to 4-2 on the season and 3-2 in RVC play.

Kylie Pickett added 11 points and Delaynie Luneckas had eight points, eight rebounds and seven blocks for West Branch.

Sadie Smith had eight points and five rebounds and Alyse Klinkkammer had four points, four rebounds and three steals.
