Clear Creek Amana Makes Season Debut in Associated Press Boys Basketball Rankings

An unbeaten start to the season has the Clear Creek Amana boys basketball program back in a familiar spot – ranked in the top 10 in Class 3A.
Clear Creek Amana made its season debut in the Associated Press Class 3A poll released on Monday entering the rankings at No. 9.
The Clippers are off to a 4-0 start to the season after back-to-back road wins last week over Grinnell and Mount Vernon.
Clear Creek Amana is tied with Denison-Schleswig for ninth in the 3A poll with Cedar Rapids Xavier one spot ahead in eighth.
City High and West High were both just outside of the top 10 in the Class 4A poll with both teams receiving votes.
Top-ranked teams this week are Council Bluffs Abraham Lincoln (4A), Dallas Center-Grimes (3A), Aplington-Parkersburg (2A) and North Linn (1A).
