Liberty High had three wrestlers win individual title on its way to winning the team title at the Tipton Invitational on Saturday in Tipton.

Gavin Benton, Caden Yoerger and Vinny Lima all won individual titles as the Lightning finished with 174 points.

West Branch had four wrestlers claim individual titles and finished runner-up with 162 points.

Southeast Polk was third with 151.5 followed by North Scott with 147 points and Tipton with 134.

Benton won the 152-pound title for Liberty High while Yoerger won the 195-pound title and Lima won the 220-pound crown.

The Lightning also got a runner-up finish from Elijah Terwillieger at 170 pounds while Jaxson Morris was third at 138 and Brendon Benton was third at 195.

Lincoln Edwards, Dylan Olson, Cale Seydel and Logan Wright all won individual titles for West Branch.

Edwards won at 113, Olson at 120, Seydel at 145 and Wright at 285.

Luke Guseman was runner-up at 126 for West Branch while Auron Marsh was third at 152 and Tommy Hosier was third at 106.
