City High and Solon will each enter the cross country postseason ranked in the top four in their respective classes.

Solon moved up one spot to fourth in the Class 3A rankings and City High held its spot at third in the 4A rankings on Tuesday when the Iowa Association of Track Coaches released its most recent set of cross country rankings.

West High moved up to No. 13 in the Class 4A rankings while Liberty High is No. 17 in Class 4A.

Clear Creek Amana is No. 19 in the 3A rankings and Regina jumped up two spots to No. 11 in Class 1A.

Top-ranked teams in the rankings this week are Sioux City North (4A), Dallas Center-Grimes (3A), Danville/New London (2A) and ACGC (1A).
