Liberty High had three runners finish in the top five on its way to winning the team title at the Rich Engle Classic on Thursday afternoon in Cedar Falls.

Liberty High finished with 82 points to edge host and 4A seventh-ranked Cedar Falls by one for the team title while 4A No. 9 Ankeny was third with 95 and No. 12 Urbandale was fourth with 104.

Clear Creek Amana finished 13^th with 327 points.

Sophomore Aidan Decker led the Lightning with a seventh-place finish in a time of 17:19.1 while Jordan Robinson was 12^th in 17:27.7 and Gavin Keeney was 13^th in 17:27.3.

Ethan Keeney finished 22^nd and Christian Montover was 28^th for Liberty High.

Clear Creek Amana was led by Gavin Zillyette who finished 25^th in 17:51.9.

Eli Nauman of Western Dubuque won the individual tile in 16:24.7 while Miles Wilson of Cedar Rapids Kennedy was runner-up.
