Solon, Clear Creek Amana and Regina all moved up one spot in the most recent cross country rankings released on Tuesday by the Iowa Association of Track Coaches.

Clear Creek Amana jumped one spot to No. 14 in the Class 3A rankings while Solon climbed a spot to No. 11 in 3A.

A week after making its season debut at No. 9 in the Class 2A rankings Regina moved up a spot to eighth in 2A this week.

In Class 4A City High held its spot at fourth in the rankings while West High dropped four spots to No. 13 and Liberty High slipped three spots to No. 15.

There are a pair of new No. 1 ranked teams in the rankings this week with West Des Moines Dowling replacing Sioux City North atop the 4A rankings and ACGC taking over for Earlham in the top spot in Class 1A

Dallas Center-Grimes (3A) and Danville/New London (2A) each held the number one ranking this week.
