Solon scored runs in each of the first three innings on its way to an 8-2 win over Mount Pleasant on Monday in a non-conference matchup in Solon.
Brady Jeworrek had three hits and drove in a run and Jacob Smith tossed a complete game as Solon improved to 26-11 on the season.
Mount Pleasant dropped to 7-24 with the loss.
Smith allowed two runs on four hits and struck out three in the complete game victory.
Jackson Ryan had two hits and scored three runs and Brett White had a hit, drove in two runs and scored twice for Solon.
Blake Timmons had a hit and scored two runs, Kinnick Pusteoska had a hit and drove in a run and Gehrig Turner had two RBI.
