Central DeWitt scored a run in the bottom of the seventh inning on an RBI single by Drew Anderson to down Solon 7-6 in a non-conference matchup on Monday in DeWitt.

Solon dropped to 24-11 with the loss while Central DeWitt improved to 10-25 on the season.

Kendall Jensen took the loss for Solon allowing one run on two hits in 3 1/3 innings.

Camryn Keith went 3-for-5 with an RBI to lead Solon while Sarah Heick went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI.

Ava Stebral went 3-for-4 and scored a run, Carly Ellison had two hits and scored a run and Monet Barnhouse had two hits.

Hilary Wilson had a hit, scored a run and drove in a run while Addie Miller had a hit, drove in two runs and scored a run.
