City High completed an impressive 7-0 week with a 18-4 six-inning win over Solon at the Fight with Flash Classic on Saturday in Solon.

The Little Hawks improved to 11-4 on the season with its seventh consecutive win while Solon dropped to 9-6 with the loss.

Freshman Jake Mitchell earned the win allowing one hit and walking one in 2 2/3 shutout innings.

Egan Smith went 2-for-3 with four RBI and a run scored while Gable Mitchell was 2-for-3 and scored three runs.

Cedric Dunnwald had two hits and drove in a run, Ben Kueter had a hit, drove in three and scored twice and Joey Bouska had a hit, scored a run and drove in a run.

Jacob Means was 1-for-2 with three runs scored and two RBI and Cade Obermueller was 1-for-1 with four runs scored and an RBI while John Klosterman had a hit and scored twice.

Carson Shive went 2-for-3 with two RBI for Solon while Gehrig turner had a hit and drove in a run for the Spartans.

Brady Jeworrek and Jackson Ryan each had a hit and scored a run for Solon.
