Four different players scored goals as Clear Creek Amana pushed its winning streak to four with a 4-1 win over Independence on Monday in a WAMAC Conference match at Lyle Leinbaugh Field in Independence.

Class 2A No. 16 Clear Creek Amana improved to 7-2 on the season and 6-2 in WAMAC play with its fourth consecutive win while Independence dropped to 3-4 on the year and 2-3 in conference play.

Taylor Christensen, Christian Withrow and Ben George had first-half goals as the Clippers built a 3-0 halftime lead.

Grant Kruse, Harrison Cory and George had assists in the first half.

Gabe Borman capped the Clipper scoring with a goal after halftime.
