Neely Maurus shot a 76 to earn medalist honors and help Liberty High to a runner-up team finish at the Crandic Meet on Wednesday at Hunters Ridge Golf Course in Marion.

Maurus fired a one-over-par 37 on the back nine on her way to medalist honors finishing tied with Linn-Mar senior Tatum Depuydt with a 76.

Freshman Bella Pettersen added a sixth-place finish with an 86 as Liberty High finished 12 strokes behind team champion Cedar Rapids Washington with a 394.

Linn-Mar was third with a 396 followed by Cedar Rapids Prairie with a 403 and West High with a 407. City High was 10^th with a 455.

Rylee Goodfellow shot a 93 to finish seventh for West High while Lucy Schmid shot a 103 for the Trojans.

Allison Ribble carded a 109 to lead City High.
