The Liberty High girls track and field team finished fifth at the Mustang Classic in Grimes on Saturday with 74 points.

Southeast Polk won the team title with 127 points followed by Pleasant Valley with 121, Pella with 97 and host Dallas Center-Grimes with 95.

Ashlyn Keeney led Liberty High with a runner-up finish in the 3,000 in a time of 10:28.49 while the Lightning 4×100 relay team was second in 52.59.

Isabella Woody was fourth in the long jump (15-6) and 400 hurdles (1:09.95) and Cami Mac was third in the 800 in 2:28.28.
