Clear Creek Amana Junior Clubb Unanimous All-Wamac West Pick For Second Year in a Row

Another year, another WAMAC Conference title, another big postseason award haul for Clear Creek Amana.
After tying for the West Division title and winning a share of the WAMAC Conference overall crown for the second consecutive season Clear Creek Amana once again raked in the postseason honors when the WAMAC announced its postseason awards on Wednesday.
Clear Creek Amana had five players earn all-conference honors highlighted by junior Calia Clubb who was a unanimous first-team selection for the second consecutive season.
Senior guard Whitney Traetow joined Clubb on the East Division first team while junior Morgan Etscheidt was a second-team pick and Kalin Rotzoll and Emily Sly each earned honorable mention honors.
A second-team West Division pick as a freshman, the 6-foot Clubb was a unanimous first-team pick for the second year in a row after leading all WAMAC players in rebounding and blocked shots while leading the Clippers in scoring for the first time.
Clubb was the only WAMAC player to average a double-double on the season, posting 11.7 points and 10.6 rebounds per game.
She also led the Clippers with 2.8 assists and 1.9 blocks per game.
Traetow earned first-team honors for the first time after being an honorable mention pick two seasons ago and a second-team selection last year.
The senior point guard averaged 7 points, 3.2 rebounds, 2.7 assists and a team-leading 2.5 steals per game.
Etschedit was a second-team selection after posting 6.3 points and 2.7 rebounds per game.
Rotzoll ranked second on the team in scoring at 7.7 points per game and grabbed 3 rebounds per game on her way to earning honorable mention honors while Sly earned honorable mention status for the second time after averaging 5.2 points and 2.8 rebounds per game.
Clear Creek Amana finished in a three-way tie for first in the West Division at 9-3 and was 15-3 overall in conference play.
