After an unbeaten January it has been a tough start to February for Clear Creek Amana.
Clear Creek Amana dropped its straight game on Saturday falling to Washington 64-58 in a non-conference contest in Washington.
The Clippers had a 13-game winning streak snapped with a five-point loss at Marion on Tuesday, it’s first setback since December 10 of last year.
Clear Creek Amana dropped to 13-4 with the loss while Washington improved to 12-5.
Christian Withrow led Clear Creek Amana with 15 points, nine rebounds, four steals and three assists.
Ryan Navara had 13 points, Kyle Schrepfer had 12 points and Brock Reade had nine points for the Clippers.
Ethan Patterson had a game-high 18 points to lead Washington while Travis Leyden added 13 points for the Demons.
