Boys Basketball Roundup: West Branch Remains Unbeaten With Win Over North Cedar

What a return to the court for West Branch.
After a nearly three week layoff Class 2A fifth-ranked West Branch won its third game in as many days on Saturday afternoon downing North Cedar 61-50 in a River Valley Conference cross-divisional matchup in West Branch.
The Bears improved to 12-0 with their third win in less than 72 hours while North Cedar dropped to 5-12 with the loss.
Junior Peyton Miller hit three 3-pointers and poured in a career-high 17 points to lead four West Branch players in double figures.
Freshman point guard Holden Arnaman had three 3-pointers, scored 15 points and handed out four assists while Miller had four rebounds and three steals.
Thomas Gould added 10 points and four rebounds while Simon Palmer had 10 points, eight rebounds and four assists for the Bears.
