Cascade rallied for a 51-49 win over Regina on Tuesday in a River Valley Conference cross-divisional matchup in Iowa City.

The loss was the second straight for Regina to a RVC North Division opponent and dropped the Regals to 6-2 on the season and in conference play.

Cascade improved to 7-4 with the win and moved to 6-3 in RVC action.

Faith Bower had a game-high 22 points to lead Cascade while Alyssa Lux added 11 for the Cougars.

Abby Clark had 15 points to pace Regina while Annie Gahan had 10 points, seven rebounds and five assists.

Grace Gaarde had 11 points, six rebounds and five assists for the Regals and Lily Simpson added five points and nine rebounds.
