Liberty High stretched its winning streak to double figures with three consecutive two-set sweeps on Tuesday at the Mississippi Valley Conference Quadrangular at Western Dubuque.

Class 5A sixth-ranked Liberty High improved to 18-2 with wins over Western Dubuque, Dubuque Senior and Waterloo West on Tuesday while stretching its win streak to 10 in a row.

Liberty High defeated 5A No. 10 Dubuque Senior 25-14, 25-22, downed 4A No. 5 Western Dubuque 25-23, 25-18 and added a 25-16, 25-17 win over Waterloo West.

Cassidy Hartman led Liberty high with 33 kills in the three wins while Shelby Kimm had 18 kills and Sam Harvey added 11 kills.

Kennedy Daugherty had nine kills, Lilah VanScoyoc had seven and Lauren Roman five kills and four blocks.

Addie Schmierer had a team-high 20 digs while Gabbie Schroeder had 18 digs and Hartman had 10.

Hailey Hested led Liberty high with 45 assists and had five ace serves and Mariah Rollins had 28 assists and seven digs.
