City High won seven events on its way to defeating Cedar Rapids Jefferson 100-85 on Tuesday in a Mississippi Valley Conference dual in Cedar Rapids.

The Little Hawks won all three relays and got individual titles from four different swimmers while earning the dual meet win.

Junior Heidi Stalkfleet won the 200 IM in 2:10.91 and was a part of all three City High relay wins.

Averi Loria won the 50 freestyle in 26.58, Rika Yahashiri claimed an individual title in the 100 breaststroke in 1:11.07 while Julianne Berry-Stoelzle won the 100 backstroke in 1:07.65.
