Liberty High remained perfect since returning to action following a nearly three-week break with a 25-23, 25-10, 25-17 sweep of Cedar Rapids Prairie on Tuesday in a Mississippi Valley Conference Mississippi Division match in North Liberty.

Cassidy Hartman had a team-high 13 kills and Shelby Kimm added 10 as Liberty High improved to 6-1 on the season and 2-0 in Mississippi Division play.

Cedar Rapids Prairie dropped to 11-8 and 1-4 in Mississippi Division action with the loss.

Sam Harvey had seven kills for Liberty High while Lauren Roman and Chante Hardaway each had three for the Lightning.

Hailey Hested had 30 assists and an ace serve while Mariah Rollins added nine assists.

Addie Schmierer had 15 digs and Roman led the Lightning with two ace blocks.
