Tyler Locke, Solon

Parents: Garret and Jeanette Locke

Siblings: Alexandra and Ryan Locke

Sports/Activities: I played football, basketball, and soccer at Solon and I was in band and choir also. The clubs I was in were Peer Leaders, Octagon, and FCA.

How did you get involved in sports?: I’ve just always played sports since before I can remember.

Favorite moment from athletics: Going to the dome for the semi-final and championship game with the football team.

A person that has influenced you: All my coaches I’ve had throughout high school have all made significant impacts on my life for sure because everyone is willing to help out in any way they can to help Solon’s athletes reach their goals and potential.

Hobbies: I like spending time outdoors and anything involving sports.

Favorite class: My favorite classes were sociology and advanced lifting.

Favorite food: My favorite food is a fruit smoothie.

Favorite book: The book I recently finished is Gutless by Carl Deuker and it is definitely top 10 material.

Favorite movie: My favorite movie is Avengers Endgame.

How are you spending time with school closed?: I’ve been working out and sleeping in.

Future plans: I plan to study mechanical engineering and play football at St. Ambrose University.
