Four players scored in double figures as West High rolled to a 71-28 win over Waterloo East in a Mississippi Valley Conference contest in Iowa City on Tuesday.
Audrey Koch had a game-high 16 to pace West High as the Women of Troy improved to 5-4 with their second straight win.
Matayia Tellis and Meena Tate each had 11 points and Anna Prouty added 10 for West High.
Jenna Saunders had nine points and Cora Saunders six in the win.

Solon Downs Williamsburg in OT For Third Straight Win
Solon won its third straight game with its second WAMAC road win in 24 hours on Tuesday holding off Williamsburg 55-53 in overtime in a conference cross-divisional matchup in Williamsburg.
The win was the fourth in the past five games for Solon and improved the Spartans to 6-6 on the season and 6-5 against WAMAC opponents.
Jenna LaDage led Solon with 14 points while Kaia Holtkamp had 10 points and Elly Holubar had nine.
Claire LaDage added eight points and Ava Stebral and Jada Buffington each had seven.

Stratton Leads CCA Past Vinton-Shellsburg
Karsyn Stratton poured in a game-high 30 points as Clear Creek Amana pulled away for a 61-56 win over Vinton-Shellsburg on Tuesday in a WAMAC Conference West Division contest in Tiffin.
The win was the fourth straight for Clear Creek Amana and improved the Clippers to 9-3 on the season and 8-3 against conference opponents.
Vinton-Shellsburg had a four-game winning streak snapped with the loss and dropped to 7-5 on the season.
Meagan Harvey added 11 points and Calia Clubb had six points for Clear Creek Amana
