West Branch will enter 2020 on a six-game winning streak after capping its 2019 schedule with a 58-30 win over Bellevue on Friday in West Branch.
Simon Palmer had 18 points and Jeff Bowie added 13 points and seven rebounds as West Branch improved to 7-1 and 6-1 in River Valley Conference play.
Bellevue dropped to 2-4 and 2-3 in RVC play.
Gavin Hierseman had nine points and Trey Eagle added eight for West Branch while Matt Whaley had six points, five rebounds and three assists.

Center Point-Urbana Stops CCA Win Streak
Clear Creek Amana fell into an 11-0 hole after the first quarter and could never fully dig itself out in a 57-37 loss to Center Point-Urbana on Friday in Center Point.
The loss snapped a four-game winning streak for Clear Creek Amana and dropped the Clippers to 4-3 on the season and 1-1 in WAMAC West Division play.
Christian Withrow led Clear Creek Amana with 16 points and five rebounds and Tyler Schrepfer added 10 points.
Center Point-Urbana improved to 4-3 with the win and moved to 2-0 in WAMAC West Division play.
